2021 Birth & Babies Fair Vendor Application
We are so excited to announce our 5th annual Birth & Babies Fair!
We are thrilled to announce that this year our Fair will be held in beautiful and spacious Baker Park in downtown Frederick, Maryland on October 10 from 10am to 3pm. Our Fair is a wonderful opportunity for local families to come out and spend time together, meet and connect with local providers, and shop amazing baby items. It’s a celebration of birth and community, and one of our largest local birth & baby events of the year.

Payment is due at the time of application via Paypal to email@example.com; if your application is not accepted you will be refunded in full. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Limited spaces available based on provider category and venue space.
- 10×10 space
- Early Bird: $135
- After August 15th: $150
- Swag Bag entry is an additional $10 for vendor (included for all sponsors)
- To apply: Fill out the Google form and send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
Nonprofit Tables are free, but do require an application.
