We are so excited to announce our third annual Birth & Babies Fair!
The Fair will take place in downtown Frederick, Maryland on September 30th, from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. Our Fair is a wonderful opportunity for local families to come out and spend time together, meet and connect with local providers, and shop amazing baby items. It’s a celebration of birth and community, and one of our largest local birth & baby events of the year. We have space for 100 vendors max, and applications will be approved on a first come/PAY, first serve basis. Applicable vendors are those who provide maternity, birth, postpartum, or infant specific services or products. Payment is required upon application; if your application is ineligible for the Fair, we will refund your payment immediately.
As spaces are limited, we have a set amount of tables available for each category. Again, this will be on a first pay, first serve basis.
We are offering a $25 discount to any vendor who can also commit one volunteer on the day of the Fair. This discount will be refunded AFTER the Fair volunteer services are provided. (Limit 1 volunteer per vendor). Volunteers are to be obtained personally and may not be requested through The Birthing Circle online group. Volunteers should sign up through this link: Sign-Up Genius and add a comment that they are assisting your business.
If you would like to add a promotional item to our Swag Bags, there is a $10 service fee for vendors, or this is included for our Sponsors. Swag Bags are a guaranteed way that families will take your information home with them, and were totally sold out last year! If you are not able to be a vendor, you may add an item to our Swag Bags for $25.
Nonprofit Tables are free, but do require an application.
Vendor tables are $125 and include a 10′ x 10′ booth space. All materials must be provided by the vendor.
Bronze Sponsors are $250. This includes a 10′ x 10′ booth space, a listing as a sponsor our our website and brochures, a social media post thanking your business, and a swag bag entry.
Silver Sponsors are $500. This includes a 10′ x 10′ booth space, a small logo and listing as a sponsor on our website and brochures, a small logo on Fair t-shirts, a social media post thanking your business, a swag bag entry, and the opportunity to sponsor one of our workshops at the Fair.
Gold Sponsors are $1000. This includes a 10′ x 10′ booth space, a large logo and listing as a sponsor on our website and brochures, a large logo on our Fair t-shirts, a blog post about your business, a social media post thanking your business, and the opportunity to sponsor and have your logo on one major fair item (Swag Bags, Baby Feeding Tent, Diaper Station, Child Play Area, or Water Bottles).
Payment is required upon application; if your application is ineligible for the Fair, we will refund your payment immediately.

**NOTE- we already have DoTerra, Young Living, and LuLaRoe vendors signed up, and cannot accept more than one vendor per company. All Doula spaces are also already filled.
