Dr. Lisa Hinkle is a pediatric board-certified chiropractor by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice. She is also certified in the Webster Technique, which allows for optimal pelvic alignment for easier, safer pregnancy and birth.

Metropolitan Breastfeeding is the largest and most experienced lactation consultants’ business in the DC Metro area.
Our mission is to promote and encourage the breastfeeding experience.
Our goal is to provide sound advice, education, and emotional support for breastfeeding families.
We recognize that each family is unique, and we work with the individual needs of each, helping them set and achieve their own personal goals, so that they can enjoy the breastfeeding relationship.
Our consultants are all International Board Certified Lactation Consultants and have extensive training and experience in all aspects of the breastfeeding process.

Elizabeth Reiner is a homebirth midwife, CPM, LDEM, serving the Frederick, MD area and serving all flavors of families within about 60 miles.
Complete prenatal, birth and postpartum care is done in your home to build a trusting relationship throughout your pregnancy. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, nutrition, exercise and other holistic counseling into our hour-long visits and encourage connection with your baby, your partner and any other family members of your choice. Aquadoula birth pools and access to my extensive lending library are available for my clients.

Dr. Ortiz received her Bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1995. Dr. Ortiz is a Graston Technique® certified provider and has completed post graduate work in whiplash traumatology and chiropractic rehabilitation. She served as a faculty member at New York Chiropractic College and has enjoyed private practice in New York and Maryland. Dr. Ortiz is a firm believer in giving back to the community. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek and is currently serving as a board member.

Dr. Hinchman received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1993. Following graduation he served as a faculty member at New York Chiropractic College until 2000, when he left to open a private practice in Laurel, Maryland. In 2006 he and his wife, Dr Lisa Ortiz, purchased Spring Ridge Chiropractic.
